Lab Calls Instructions

For your convenience, Dr. Liotta subscribes to the Lab Calls Test Results System. All information available on this system can be seen only by you, the patient, and is protected and kept completely confidential in accordance with legal requirements. Results of blood tests and cultures are usually available within 3 to 4 working days of the day of your appointment. Results of biopsies are usually available within 10 working days from the date of your appointment. If your tests are not available on Lab Calls within 14 days of your appointment date, or if for any reason you cannot access the Lab Calls Test Results System, please call Dr. Liotta's office at 301-668-3004.

TO ACCESS YOUR LAB RESULTS ON THE LAB CALLS TEST RESULTS SYSTEM

1. When ready, click on the "LOGIN" button at the bottom of this page. You will be automatically routed to the Lab Calls login screen.
2. Enter your Customer / Client Number, which is 8665234773 (for all of Dr. Liotta's patients).
3. Enter your Client Login / UID (also know as your unique identifier number). This is your Social Security Number (SSN) with no dashes. For example, if your SSN were 123-45-6789 you would enter 123456789.
4. Enter your PIN (also know as your personal identification number). This is your date of birth in the format MMDDYY with no slashes or dashes. For example, if your date of birth were June 22, 1965 you would enter 062265.
5. Click on the Login button at the bottom of the login screen, and you will be directed to your personal Lab Results Mailbox.
6. Click on each test listed in your mailbox. You will be taken to a screen that allows you to read, and hear, the results of that lab test (make sure your computer speaker is on).

You may also access the Lab Calls Test Results System on the telephone by dialing 1-866-523-4773, and follow the instructions and prompts. Your Unique Identifier Number and Personal Identification Number for telephone access are the same as described above.
